Does Continuum Physical Therapy and Wellness accept insurance?
No, we are a private-pay practice and do not contract with third-party insurance providers.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is required as we provide a cash-based service and do not seek reimbursement from third-party payors. As such, we are unable to provide a superbill.
What can I expect during a consultation?
We will take a comprehensive look at not only your injury or pain, but also discuss general lifestyle habits (nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise, work responsibilities, hobbies) to assess how they might be contributing to your current overall health.
